Zepload is a technology guide published by zepload.com. This policy explains what information may reach us when you visit the site or send us a message.

Information we receive

You can read Zepload without making an account. We do not run comments, accept payments, or ask you to create a profile.

Our hosting provider may process basic request data needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include an IP address, browser and device details, the page requested, the referring page, and the time of the request. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to put in the message.

How we use information

We use technical request data to keep the site available, prevent abuse, and fix faults. We use email messages to reply to you and to keep any record that is reasonably needed for the conversation. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting and outside services

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. Cloudflare may process request data under its own privacy terms. Articles also link to manufacturers, stores, publications, and other resources. An outside site follows its own privacy policy once you leave Zepload.

AI-assisted editorial work

Zepload may use AI-assisted tools to help organize research, improve drafts, or create clearly identified illustrations. Published pages are checked for relevance, consistency, and working links. The public site does not include an AI chat tool, and we do not ask readers to submit personal information to an AI service through Zepload.

Possible affiliate links

Zepload does not currently rely on affiliate links. We may add them later. If that happens, a purchase made through a marked link could earn zepload.com a commission at no extra cost to you. The store—not Zepload—would handle the order and its customer data.

Cookies and analytics

Zepload does not currently set advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly needed security features. If we add analytics or another tool that changes this practice, we will update this policy before or when the change takes effect.

Data choices and retention

You may ask what information you sent us, request a correction, or ask us to delete an email conversation unless we must keep it for security or legal reasons. Hosting and security logs are kept under the provider's retention rules.

Children

Zepload is written for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable technical steps to protect the site and messages sent to us. No online service can promise perfect security, so please do not email passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the site or its services change. The effective date at the top will show the latest version.
